Prices

All of my wigwams / teepees are UKCA compliant which they must be in order to hire out to you.

Wigwam / teepee hire prices are as follows:

  • 2 wigwams / teepees £80
  • 3 wigwams / teepees £115
  • 4 wigwams / teepees £145
  • 5 wigwams / teepees £170
  • 6 wigwams / teepees £195

Additional wigwams / teepees are charged at £25 per tent.

All prices include teepee hire, free delivery, set up and collection within a 15 mile radius of Hayfield, High Peak which extends to Manchester, Cheshire, Stockport and Derbyshire.

If you're unsure whether I travel to you, please get in touch via the contact us form as I do also travel further afield for a small additional mileage charge.

Fancy something extra?

For the complete party package , I have teamed up with other small business to offer a range of party extras that can be added to your party for those little finishing touches.

These include:

  • Sweet cones £2.00
  • Personalised sleep masks £3.50
  • Midnight feast boxes £5.50

Sweet cones are from our friends at Glossop Pick n Mix in Glossop and Midnight Feast Boxes are from the lovely Jo at The Sett Valley Café in Birch Vale.

What's included in the sleepover package?

I think I've thought of everything as I'm known for my attention to detail and I want you to have the very best for your party. I have spent endless hours sourcing all of my decor and furnishings so that it's unique to me and my teepees.
The package includes:

  • UKCA teepee / wigwam
  • Mattress
  • Fitted sheet
  • Duvet / blanket
  • Fairy lights
  • Lantern
  • Lots of themed cushions and decorations
  • Tray table (1 between 2)

What are the payment terms?

I ask for a non refundable deposit of £20 and a completed booking form to secure your party date and theme.

Booking forms and deposit should be returned within 24 hours of being received, after this time, your date can unfortunately not be held.

The remaining balance for your party is then due a minimum of 10 days prior to your hire date and an invoice will arrive with you shortly before.

I am also happy to set up a monthly payment plan to help budget for your party. Just let me know if this is something you would like.
